Project Executive, Nationwide EPC; $5 bn revenues, ~4000 employees.
We are one of the leading Wind EPC contractors as ranked by Engineering News-Record (ENR). We also build Solar, Transmission and Battery Storage projects as part of our Renewable Energy operations.
In 2019 we recognized opportunity in World Forest Group’s Eucalyptus timber mats, which offer a better strength profile and sustainability benefits when compared to the traditional mixed hardwood mats commonly found in the US.
Our experience of the product provided by WFG is one of superior quality and longevity when measured against comparable sized mixed hardwood mats. These benefits have provided us with a lower Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Additionally, Eucalyptus’ greater strength has allowed for instances when we utilized a single layer of eucalyptus timber mats for performing critical heavy lifts, whereas, performing the same lift on mixed hardwood mats would have required two layers of matting. This effectively reduced the required number of mats to perform the lift by half.
They have proven to have a superior product that provides a lower TCO when compared mixed hardwood mats.

The mats are performing very well. After about 620 million pounds and about 9100 round trips (loaded weight about 92,000 lbs.) over 11 months of use they are still perfect. Their performance is great.
